Kickoff call

We schedule a 60 minute call to align on scope, tone and success criteria. You leave with a shared vocabulary and a schedule.

Four to six weeks

Production

Concept, direction, casting, shoot, edit. Two review rounds built in. You see progress weekly, not just at the end.

On delivery

Delivery & balance

Final assets delivered in campaign-ready formats. Balance invoiced Net 15. Ongoing retainer available if you want us on call.

Deposits

A 30% deposit is charged at booking and credited to your final invoice. Consultation calls are paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation

Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your slot. Within 14 days, the deposit is retained as a cancellation fee.

Balance

The remaining balance is invoiced at delivery. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. Net 15 terms available for established agencies.

Yes. We collaborate remotely with clients nationwide. On-site production in Detroit and select major markets. Travel costs are scoped per project and included in the proposal.
